11. Affiliate Program

11.2. Commission Structure
11.2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link.
11.2.2. The commission rate is subject to change at any time, with notice provided to active affiliates.
11.2.3. Commissions are only paid on sales that are successfully completed and not refunded.
11.3. Affiliate Responsibilities

11.3.2. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive, spammy or fraudulent practices to generate sales.
11.3.3. Affiliates must not bid on Rapid URL Indexer’s brand terms in paid search advertising without explicit permission.

11.4.1. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis via wire transfer, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $300.
11.4.2. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes related to their affiliate earnings.
11.5. Termination
11.5.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.
11.5.2. Upon termination, the affiliate will be eligible for commissions on sales that occurred prior to termination, subject to these terms.
11.6. Liability
11.6.1. Rapid URL Indexer is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the affiliate in the course of their marketing efforts.
11.6.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify Rapid URL Indexer against any claims arising from their affiliate activities.
11.7. Modifications to the Affiliate Program
11.7.1. We reserve the right to modify any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time.
11.7.2. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
